We want you to be totally stoked about your TotTude order. So, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with an item (with the exception of personalized/embroidered items) purchased from us, return it within 14 days in new condition and we’ll gladly exchange it or give a full refund. However, all of our personalized and embroidered designs are custom made after your order is placed and created with awesomeness just for you! Therefore, we are not able to accept returns on embroidered items unless it is our error or there is a product defect. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you. If a problem occurs with your order we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you would like to schedule a return please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return has been scheduled, upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will issue your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used.
Our blank tattoo tees (those without embroidery) may be exchanged for a different size. Please notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order if you will require an exchange. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, but we will pick up the tab for shipping the new items back to you.
